How to treat Hair Loss?

Hi am a 29 year old male and I am beginning to lose hair ... I did a bit of research on the net and I came across the product Segals hair formula ... have any one of you nice people used this product before and please tell me how long did it take to get results...also is it ok to use dermmatch or hair cubed along with this product ? any suggestions?
Also I heard minoxidil is not a permanent solution and can have side effects is it true?
