Head Unit Problem Please Help???????

I have a sony Cdx-gt54UIW headunit and I had it running to a power acoustik monoblock with two kicker cvrs. In the doors i have bazooka two ways. they can handle 75 watts rms each so i wanted more volume i had an old rockford 60.2 laying around so i wired the speakers down to 4 ohms behind the dash using factory wires instead of running new wire. I installed it all and it was working good except there was a high pitched whine in the background. I pulled the head unit out to see if it was the rcas while it was playing. then i turned off my ignition and the radio didnt go off with it and the power button wouldnt turn it off so i unplugged it from the back and plugged it back in and now it wont turn on and when its plugged in the amps turn on immediately? please help me find my problem i am going on a trip friday and i wanna beat on the way PLEASE HELP ????????????

sounds like a mix up with your constant, switched and/or remote turn on wire

make sure that you have not blown any fuses inside/on the radio then make sure that the remote/switched power wire is going to the amp and not the constant power wire

get a $5 test light and make sure that the "right" wires are hot at the "right" time
