Can you help me with my hair?

I have really thick black curly hair and its's shoulder length.
And I have to put products in it whenever I wear my hair down, and it makes my hair crunchy and it feels awful to touch
I was wondering what products I could use to make my hair look and feel more natural
I use 3 different products (not all at the same time) : Herbal Essences totally twisteed curl boosting mousse, Garnier Fructis Style curl sculpting cream-gel, and V05 reworkable putty.
